Adults-only product

ClearPuff is intended only for adults 18 years of age or older. It is a vaping habit tracking and craving support app. ClearPuff does not sell vaping products, nicotine products, tobacco products, or medical services.

Zero tolerance

BuildingSoft Tech has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation, grooming, sexualization of minors, sextortion, trafficking, or child sexual abuse material. These standards apply to ClearPuff, its public listing, and any support communications related to the app.

Prevention by design

• ClearPuff is designed for adults 18+ and is not directed to children.
• The app does not provide public profiles, social feeds, messaging, live chat, or user search.
• The app does not allow users to upload, publish, or share user-generated content inside ClearPuff.
• Habit logs and app settings are designed for private tracking, not public interaction.

Reports and escalation

If you need to report a child safety concern involving ClearPuff or its public presence, contact BuildingSoft Tech at buildingsofttech@gmail.com. Do not attach, forward, or resend illegal material. Include a clear description and any relevant app, listing, or support context.

If there is an immediate risk of harm, contact local emergency services or the appropriate local authority. BuildingSoft Tech may remove content under its control, restrict access, preserve relevant information, cooperate with valid legal requests, and report confirmed illegal material to the appropriate authorities when legally required.
