This Privacy Policy explains how ClearPuff handles information when you use the ClearPuff mobile application. ClearPuff is a vaping habit tracking app for adults who want to track puffs, understand craving triggers, reduce nicotine use, and build healthier routines.

Information Stored in the App

ClearPuff is designed to work without requiring an account, name, email address, phone number, or postal address. The app may store your selected goal, daily puff baseline, nicotine strength, estimated monthly spend, puff logs, craving trigger logs, progress metrics, language, onboarding state, trial state, and premium access state.

Local Storage

Vaping logs, craving logs, settings, and progress information are currently stored locally on your device using app storage such as SQLite and AsyncStorage. ClearPuff does not currently upload puff or craving logs to a BuildingSoft Tech server.

Purchases and Subscriptions

ClearPuff may offer paid premium access, subscriptions, free trials, and promotional offers. Payments are processed by Google Play, Apple App Store, or the relevant app store. ClearPuff may use Superwall to present paywalls, manage subscription access, run experiments, and measure paywall performance.

Notifications

If you allow notifications, ClearPuff may schedule local notifications related to trial reminders, habit tracking, or app usage. You can disable notifications in your device settings.

Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect

• First name or last name.
• Email address for account creation.
• Phone number.
• Postal address.
• Precise GPS location.
• Contacts or phonebook.
• Camera or photos.
• Social media profile information.
• Information from children under 13.

Advertising and Analytics

ClearPuff does not currently show ads. Subscription and paywall platforms such as Superwall may process technical and purchase-related events needed to present paywalls, manage premium access, measure conversion, prevent abuse, and improve subscription flows.

How Information Is Used

• To provide core app functionality.
• To track puffs and cravings.
• To calculate progress, streaks, estimated nicotine avoided, and estimated money saved.
• To personalize the app experience.
• To manage premium access, trials, purchases, and restore purchases.
• To provide support if you contact us.

Sharing

ClearPuff does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers needed to operate the app, such as Google Play, Apple App Store, Superwall, email support tools, or hosting providers.

Retention and Deletion

Local app data remains on your device until you delete it, clear app data, reset the app, or uninstall the app. Purchase and subscription records may be retained by the applicable app store or subscription platform according to their policies and legal obligations.

Children

ClearPuff is intended for adults 18+ and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date.
