Purchases, Cancellations, and Refunds
BuildingSoft Tech does not directly charge your payment method. Google Play or Apple processes the purchase and controls cancellation and refund decisions under its policies and applicable law.
Restore a purchase
Open ClearPuff, go to Profile or Settings, choose Premium, and tap Restore purchases. Use the same store account that made the original purchase. Restoring never creates a new charge.
Cancel a subscription
Deleting ClearPuff does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel through the store account used to subscribe. Access normally remains available until the end of the paid billing period.
Request a refund
Eligibility depends on the store, purchase type, country, timing, and applicable consumer law. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
Need help identifying the purchase?
Email buildingsofttech@gmail.com with the app name, store, country, and non-sensitive order reference. Never send a password, full payment card number, private key, or authentication code.
